About
Nearly everyone who has built a Jandson Home in the past decade will have met Pat Sullivan and experienced her warm outgoing personality. Pat has been a major contributor to the Jandson success story, such is her dedication to the company and its clients. Born and raised at Nambucca Heads on the north coast of New South Wales, Pat moved to Sydney as a rebellious teenager many years ago (she won’t tell us how many years ago). Pat Sullivan Her association with Jandson started some 25 years ago when her husband, Terry Sullivan, founded Jandson Homes with Graham Matherson. Whilst Terry has passed away, Pat has continued the family involvement. Eventually Pat joined Jandson, starting as an interior decorator for the company’s display homes, then at New HomeWorld Kellyville, launching the very bold red and black colour scheme in our first double storey home. Decorating the Astra, was an exciting time for Pat and gave us the first glimpse of her taste for strong colours. Pat quickly moved onto the position of sales consultant while continuing her role as colour consultant for our clients. “I am really looking forward to the launch of six new display homes next year, three at The Ponds and another three at Camden Valley Way Edmondson Park. This is the first time I have been involved in the development of exhibition homes from inception, to landscape and interior design.” Whilst working 5-6 days a week, caring for grandchildren and a busy social life may be enough for most people, but Pat still has many challenges left on her wish list. She is currently training for a climbing venture for charity on Mt Kilimanjaro, Tanzania with her London based daughter, Penelope. So if you see Pat pacing the streets of Castle Hill with a heavy backpack be sure to give her a wave or say hello!
