Happy new year to everyone:) Well, after a short but much needed break, all the sales staff are back in the display villages. Pat and Helen at The Ponds, Edmondson Park and myself at Jordan Springs. After a massive 2015 for Jandson, we are all anticipating another big year. Judging by the amount of enquiries we have had in the first couple of days of opening House and Land packages seem to be back in vogue which is a good sign. The media certainly took the edge of what was a very strong market up until 6 months ago but I think people have looked past that now and are ready to enter 2016 with a more positive attitude.

We have packages all over the northwest and southwest sectors of Sydney so if your looking at upgrading, downsizing, investment etc give one of our display villages a call and make the sales staff work………we all enjoyed the Christmas cheer a bit too much so we need to work it off:):):)
