I felt the absolute need to write a review about Jandson homes, you often hear only the horror stories about new home builders in this day and age. I cannot thank the Jandson team as a whole enough, from the moment we walked into the display home at Edmonson park, the omega 29 struck us as something we felt was a ''home'', from the start we spoke to Pat we already felt at ease and confident with our choice of builder, as the progression of our home went on we met more and more capable and professional staff. They were all simply a pleasure to deal with. we have been living in our house now for 9 months and we love where we live. Jandson has a 6 months home warranty which we found to be very different to the standard 3 month, our defects were an absolute minimum I felt, they were all fixed quickly and to a high standard. During the actual build we were always kept up to date with the progress and always contacted if there were little problems. (it is the building trade there will always be little problems pop up along the way). To be put simply me and my wife are very thankful to Jandson homes for making the whole process easy and more importantly enjoyable. I will forever recommend Jandson homes to anybody who wants to listen, I look forward to keeping in touch with the Staff at Jandson and am more than happy to share our experience with anyone. I’m a first home buyer, and we’ve been dealt a huge blow when dealing with Willoughby homes who become bankrupt and we lost our deposit, first home builder grant and a precious time. 18 months past, with prices went up by over 25% we found it hard to find a builder who were willing to build our home to the budget of 2020. This is when we came across Julia Hoang and Sarah from Jandson Homes in Leppington. We were blown away by Julie’s great attitude and willingness to help. She is amazing, she tried to turn every stone possible in order to get us to the price we could afford. Julie came up with few very useful suggestions that we gladly took on board. My third daughter purchased a house and land package from Jandson Homes. The construction is still on-going. From the beginning we felt very comfortable with Julie Hoang. She provided excellent service which motivated my first daughter to buy a house and land package from Jandson Homes also. The construction has just started. We met Julie when we came to their display homes. Our first impressions of her are, approachable, sensible, fair and helpful. We found the process approach taken by Julie and Jandson is more customer centric than most other builders. They allow the house design to be changed without costing us arms and legs, only material cost differences will be calculated. Julie went extra miles for us in helping clarify several things and negotiate with the previous land owner. There were some uncertainties on our part during the financial settlement but Julie and Karen were flexible enough to go through it with us. Rob, the site Supervisor was very approachable, helpful and informative too. We came almost every weekend when the house was built and it was very satisfying. The issues we raised were quickly addressed and handover was done smoothly. The only thing that we think could be improved is inclusion of extra soil removal and basic site preps for landscape works, these bit us with unbudgeted costs. We have been living in the house for over a year now. Yes, minor issues were found, but overall, we love it, the quality of the works and materials are good. Maintenance team are also helpful. We also learnt that most people who work in Jandson have been with the business for a very long time. Well done Jandson for building such a strong team. We put down a deposit for an off the plan house with Jandson Homes through Julie Hoang in July 2020, and got the keys in March 2021. There were some delays in completion, but Julie was very helpful throughout the whole process and was always reachable by phone, even on her days off. Julie (and the other lady at the Edmondson Park office) was very patient in our conversations, and understood our concerns as first home buyers - we felt that she actually cared about what we wanted, rather than wanting to just sell us something. The admin team at the head office were also very helpful (and flexible), and were especially patient when we were experiencing issues with the bank continually making errors. So far the house has been great, and the maintenance team have been responsive in performing repairs/touch ups on any minor defects that have been identified during the "warranty" period. If there is a Jandson build that catches your eye, then i definitely recommend giving Julie Hoang a visit at the Edmondson Park sales office to start your journey. Source: Google Reviews

We have a very positive experience of having built our house with Jandson Homes. We had already had discussions with two other project home companies before coming across Jandsons. It soon became clear that our experience with Jandsons was going to be quite different and much more positive. Because we were residing overseas during the design and planning process, it was time-consuming on both sides. However, Pat Sullivan and Scott Forrester, the two main people with whom we had dealings, were consistently friendly, efficient and patient, getting back to us promptly with the initial drawings, re-drawings and so on, and taking on extended discussion sessions using Skype video. We asked for significant changes to the standard design to suit the site and our particular needs, and Pat and Scott willingly accommodated all our requests. When we got to the actual building stage, Jandson Homes managed the building efficiently and in a timely fashion. We also gained a lot from Pat’s assistance with the colour scheme and other details, and through her making sure we had good advice on insulation and climate-proofing issues. We feel we were really fortunate to find Jandson Homes, and we are very happy with both the final design and the quality of the building work. We are very appreciative of Jandson Homes for going so far out of their way to make sure we had what we wanted and for ensuring the success of the project. We are particularly grateful to Pat and Scott for their ongoing cooperation and help throughout the whole process.
