WE”RE BACK:) and what a start to the new year! The Jandson sales team went back a couple of days early and hit the ground running. Sales in Jordan Springs, Riverstone, Austral and Box Hill has shown that the market is still strong across the north and southwest sectors of Sydney. I think people just wanted to get over the Christmas period and start fresh in 2017 and with a number of new packages on the market they were spoilt for choice.
2017 is shaping up to be a big one for Jandson with many new opportunities on the cards for this year. We have some exciting new Intergrated Home Packages coming up in Jordon Springs that will hopefully hit the market soon. There are also a number of projects we will be involved with in the Southwest sector with various developers and I will be on the lookout for new land opportunities to package up….sooo all in all a big year ahead. As always I try to bring you all up to speed on whats available in packages and any new market trends that I think you might be interested in. Talk soon:)
